  • Do you need help afterward? We'll revisit the property and highlight your home's best features using accessories and furniture.​

Step 1 

It starts with Hello! Please fill out our Contact Form to schedule a phone consultation. During your discovery call, we'll discuss the details of your project, goals, budget, and timeline. 

Step 2

The Plan. After we finalize the scope of work, we will email you your New Client Agreement and Invoice and hold your date for 24 hours. Once the contract is signed and 50% of the invoice paid, your appointment is secured and AnnArthur Homes begins the next phase of your project.

Step 3

Design Time. Your staging details are agreed upon, payment has been made - we've dotted the I's and crossed the T's.- and your installation begins. The design is created, and inventory is pulled from our warehouse, loaded, and delivered to the home, where our team installs your home staging design. Picture perfect, ready for photographs. Staging projects typically take three days, depending on the size of the home. 

Step 4

It's a Wrap. Congratulations - Your staging design is complete, and your listing is going live! Once your property has gone under contract, AnnArthur Homes will reach out to schedule de-staging and remove furnishings.
