We focus on staging the main rooms of the property - the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Main Bedroom, and up to Two Bathrooms. Additional rooms are available as needed.
Our beautiful, modern inventory includes furniture, accessories, area rugs, lighting, artwork, and linens.
Includes a tailored design, delivery of items, hands-on staging, and inventory rental. The option to extend rental on a month-to-month basis is available if needed.

During your 2-Hour meeting, we address everything from curb appeal, furniture placement, and decluttering to the fixed elements in the home, such as paint, repairs, and fixture updates.
Along with your detailed consultation summary report, you'll receive easy-to-follow ideas on how best to prepare your home for sale to get the most significant return on your investment.
Need help afterward? We'll revisit the property and beautifully highlight the best features of your home using your accessories and furniture.

OUR HOME STAGING PROCESS
Starts with Hello! Please fill out our contact form to schedule a phone consultation. During your discovery call, we'll go over the details of your project, learn your vision and discuss your budget and timeline. If needed, we'll visit the site to take photos and measurements. After your phone call, we'll provide you with a detailed quote.
The Plan. After we finalize the scope of work, we will email you your New Client Agreement and Invoice and hold your date for 24 hours. Once the contract is signed and 50% of the invoice paid, your appointment is secured and AnnArthur Homes begins the next phase of your project.
Design Time. Your staging details are agreed upon and payment has been made - we've dotted the I's and crossed the T's.- and your installation begins. The design is created, inventory is pulled from our warehouse, loaded, and delivered to the home, where our team installs your home staging design. Picture perfect, ready for photographs. Staging projects typically take three days, depending on the size of the home.
It's a Wrap. Congratulations - Your staging design is complete, and your listing is going live! Once your property has gone under contract, AnnArthur Homes will reach out to schedule de-staging and remove furnishings.
